Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

All rights in www.onedose.io (the “Site”) and the OneDose App (the “Application”) belong to One Dose Sağlık Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“OneDose”). Use of the Site by users and members is subject to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site and/or the Application.

Every member and visitor (the “User”) who logs in, visits, uses, accesses or otherwise connects to the Site and/or the Application declares, accepts and undertakes in advance to comply with the terms on this page. “User” means any person who logs in, uses or examines the Site and/or the Application, connects through any communication device, or exchanges electronic data through the Site and/or the Application. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, you may stop using the Site and/or the Application or end your membership immediately.

1. Description

Membership of the Site and/or the Application depends on your acceptance of the conditions below. OneDose reserves the right, without prior notice, to change, suspend, stop or reorganize, to the fullest extent, the services, products, intellectual and artistic works, and any information and data provided through the Site, the Application and their extensions, including these terms of use. Changes take effect when they are published on the Site and/or the Application and are deemed accepted when the User enters, accesses or uses them. Natural or legal persons who complete the membership form and whose membership OneDose accepts are members (a “Member”). Membership requires that the person be over 18. Legal entities may apply only through their legal representatives.

2. Service

The service OneDose provides through the Site and/or the Application is the delivery, by a cargo company, without defect or damage and within the committed period, of the products and services offered for sale on the OneDose online shop, after the User has paid the price and if stock is available.

3. General terms

OneDose continually checks the accuracy and currency of the information on the Site and/or the Application. The User should still be aware that this information may not always be up to date. OneDose may cancel a membership at any time, without giving a reason.

All intellectual property rights in the Site and/or the Application, including information, text, images, trademarks, slogans, other signs and page layout, belong exclusively to OneDose. Copying, modifying, publishing, sending, distributing or selling that intellectual property, in whole or in part, online or through any other medium, is contrary to Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and may lead to legal and criminal sanctions.

The User must use a credit card securely. OneDose is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from breach of contract, tort or any other cause. OneDose may terminate this agreement without notice and may assign it in whole or in part. An assignment by the User is void. OneDose may remove the Site and/or the Application from publication and change its content because of force majeure or at its own discretion.

While using the Site and/or the Application, the User must act in accordance with general morality and decency, all applicable national and international laws and rules, and the security of communications and the internet.

5. Electronic communications

Because you use the Site and/or the Application, or because you have shown that you wish to benefit from membership, OneDose also asks for your permission to process the identity and contact information you share, so that advantages can be offered to you and so that physical and electronic communications can be sent for advertising, sales, marketing, surveys and similar purposes. Electronic-communication permission is requested in a separate box on the membership page. Checking that box and pressing Register completes the permission. You may withdraw it at any time. 6. Processing of personal data

Your personal data will be processed by OneDose, or through an intermediary if you consent, in order to create your appointment records, carry out customer-relationship and satisfaction work, inform you about campaigns, advantages and product or service promotions, notify you of events related to professional activities, follow your questions and requests, and guide you. Permission to process personal data is requested in a separate box on the membership page. Checking that box and pressing Register completes the permission. You may withdraw it at any time.
