9.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product without any justification and without penalty. However, the Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal within the period from the establishment of the Contract until the delivery of the Product. Determination of the right of withdrawal period;

• For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,
• For goods consisting of more than one part, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last part,
• In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the first goods is taken as the basis.

9.2 The Buyer must direct the notification that he/she has exercised his/her right of withdrawal to the Seller in writing or with a permanent data storage device within the period specified above as follows;

• Before the delivery of the right of withdrawal to the cargo company to deliver the products to the Buyer, the Buyer may make the necessary notification via the Seller’s info@onedose.io e-mail address or 0 312 9060106 number.
• In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised following the delivery of the products to the cargo company to be delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer shall fill in the return form on the back of the invoice delivered with the product and send the Products together with the return form / invoice to the cargo company notified by the Seller, complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any. A return invoice must be issued for the returns of the Product(s) for which the invoice is issued on behalf of the institutions.

9.3 In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer is obliged to return the Product(s) to the Seller within ten (10) days at the latest from the date of the withdrawal notification to the Seller. The shipping cost of the returned Product(s) will be covered by the Seller, provided that the Seller’s contracted shipping company is used. Together with the Product(s), the invoice, the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and other products gifted with the Product(s) must be returned in a single package, complete and undamaged. The Buyer is not responsible for any changes and deterioration that occur if the Buyer uses the Product(s) in accordance with its functioning, technical specifications and instructions for use within the withdrawal period. Accordingly, the Buyer may lose the right of withdrawal if there is a change or deterioration due to the failure to use the Product(s) in accordance with the instructions for use, technical specifications and operation of the Product(s) in the period until the date of withdrawal.

9.4 The Seller shall, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, refund to the Buyer all payments collected, including the price of the Product and the costs of delivery of the goods to the consumer, if any, in accordance with the payment instrument used by the Buyer when purchasing the Product, provided that the right of withdrawal by the Buyer is fulfilled in due time and duly. In transactions made by credit card, after the return of the product price to the bank is made by the Seller, the reflection of the product price to the Buyer accounts takes place after the return transaction processes of the relevant bank are completed.

9.5 In the event of the Seller’s withdrawal in accordance with the law and other order-delivery contract cancellations, the Buyer may be asked to pay a discount on the price of the Product and/or any reward points, if any. the right to collect and set off monetary values is reserved.

9.6 If there is more than one product in the order placed by the Buyer and the Buyer wishes to return some of these products, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal for these products only after the delivery of the product to him.

9.7 If the Buyer withdraws from the online consultation service to be provided under the Agreement until six (6) hours before the performance of the online consultation service to be provided under the Agreement, the Seller shall refund the service fee to the Buyer in accordance with the payment instrument used by the Buyer when purchasing the service. The Buyer has no right of withdrawal within six (6) hours prior to the performance of the online consultation service. If the right of withdrawal is requested by the Buyer for services sold annually, the Seller shall refund the service fee for the remaining year starting from the following month in accordance with the payment instrument used by the Buyer when purchasing the service. The Buyer can make the withdrawal notification via the Seller’s info@onedose.io e-mail address or 0 312 9060106 number. The Buyer has no right of withdrawal for services other than the services mentioned above within the scope of the Agreement

9.8 Except for force majeure, the Buyer accepts and undertakes that no refund will be made to him/her if he/she does not or cannot benefit from the service for any reason, regardless of fault.

9.9 In cases where the right of withdrawal is not provided for by law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and the Buyer loses the right of withdrawal in cases where this right is not exercised duly or timely.

9.10 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Buyer may not exercise its statutory right of withdrawal in respect of the following Product(s), even if it has not been exercised:

• Products or services whose price changes due to fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the Seller,
• Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s wishes or personal needs (those that are customized to personal/personal needs by making changes/additions),
• Perishable or expired products,
• Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene,
• Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature,
• Services started to be performed with the approval of the Buyer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
